For faster delivery, we also offer express shipping. Please note: FedEx shipping options do not include any customs and duties fees and will bill you separately for those fees upon delivery.

Easy 14-Day Exchange & Return Policy

Please take your time trying everything on.  If you do decide to make a return, simply you can return it to ZAAT STYLE within 14 days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions and exclusions below.

We make returns easy. Simply follow the following steps:

1- Contact us via the online form with your order number, details about the product you would like to return and why you wish to return it.

2- We will get back to you within 24-hrs with instructions for how to return items from your order.

3- Once your returned items are received and accepted, your refund will be processed.

Eligibility Conditions

Please read the conditions below. If all conditions are not met, ZAAT STYLE reserves the right to refuse the return.

All returned items must be in new condition, it has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and all labels and tags are attached. If you have received your item and wish to return it, the item has to be unused and in its original packaging. In such a case, you will only be reimbursed for the cost of the item, and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us. If cancellation occurs prior to shipping the item to you, the cost of shipping will also be refunded. ZAAT STYLE can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Hijab & Bonnet are the final sales. No return or exchange is accepted.

Defective or Damaged Items

Defective items may be exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or equivalent model. ZAAT STYLE in response to any existence of manufacturing defect and the full amount will be refunded. If you cause any damages to the item, no refunds will be made, and a returned item will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Please allow 3-5 business days for mail-in exchanges to be processed.

Refunds & Credits

Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 5-15 days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. Please note we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Limited Liability

ZAAT STYLE is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. ZAAT STYLE is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only. Also, claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

Cancellation

Cancellation of orders will be accepted within 8 hours of shopping Cart Checkout time. Please email us to cancel your Order within 8 hours of order placement on our site.

Clothes:

-Machine wash in cold water.

-Gently cycle with like colour.

-Turn the garment inside out while washing.

-No bleach.

-Tumble dry low.

-Low iron on the reverse side.

All Scarfs and Under Scarf:

-Hand Wash only to keep them long-lasting!
